Delete Your Account

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to support@rivalchess.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or display name associated with your account so we can locate it.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (display name, authentication credentials).
• Your complete game history and moves.
• Your ratings, rank, and progression data.
• Your purchase records and subscription status.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
